A Little Bit About Our Community
Located off Sixes Road in the southern part of Cherokee County, Georgia, Cherokee Falls and the Estates at the Lake subdivisions are convenient to I-575 and 12 miles north of I-75. Midtown Atlanta is about 25 miles south and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 40 miles south.

Cherokee Falls was developed in 1993. The large lots create a very private setting for the traditionally styled homes. Many of the 110 homes have basements and dual driveways and some back up to Army Corp property. Homes range in size from 1800 to 3000 square feet.
Estates at the Lake was developed in 2003 and rests at the back of the Cherokee Falls neighborhood. These 34 beautiful homes also have privacy settings on heavily wooded acre lots, some of which back up to Army Corp property and Lake Allatoona. The traditional home styles include large basements and range in size from 2500 to 5000 square feet when there is a finished basement.

The schools are Sixes Elementary, Freedom Middle, Woodstock High, and Cherokee Charter Academy.

The new Cherokee Aquatic Center is located on Gresham Mill Parkway just off Sixes Road near Interstate 575 and is about 1.5 miles from the subdivision.

Located less than 5 miles south, near Interstate 575 on Ridgewalk Parkway, are the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta. Other shopping includes Town Center Mall, which is less than 12 miles south and Canton Marketplace is located approximately 8 miles north. Riverstone Parkway in Canton is home to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and parks located approximately 10 miles north. There are also nice restaurants, parks and shopping in nearby Woodstock.
